How to book

You can book yourself in online by clicking here or give us a call on (03) 5778097 we're more than happy to help. You’re also welcome to come in for a complimentary consultation to chat about possibilities before making your appointment.

How long does an appointment take?

Please allow 30-60 minutes for a hair cut appointment (dry/wet cut) and between 2-3 hours for a colour service. If you're having a creative colour service or transformation it will take longer. We prefer to book these services with a consultation prior to your appointment. 

Should I wash my hair before my appointment?

No need to have perfectly clean hair, we shampoo before a wet cut and a little bit lived in works well for most colour services. In fact if you're having an on scalp colour, especially a bleach your natural oils will work wonderfully to protect and desensitize your scalp.

However, if your hair is in major need of a wash or you've use “touch up” products shampooing the night prior is recommended.

For hair up appointments please arrive with clean dry hair, we recommend washing the day before.

Can I bring a picture?

Please do!!! Hairdressers tend to be very visual people so images are a great tool to start the conversation about your hair wants.

Pictures of things you like insure we're all on the same page and spark a thorough discussion about suitability, hair texture, face shape, maintenance, skin tone… and helps both parties feel relaxed about the direction chosen.

Appropriate Clothing 

We ask that you rethink wearing your expensive or brand spanking new outfit. While we take every measure to insure clean application and removal… it is colour, people like to move about and it's best you consider this.

Patch Testing

If you've ever experienced a reaction - From an annoying itch to a full blown reaction... we want to know about it.

We can perform a 48hr patch test to see if the product is safe for you. 

Our Salon Refund/Redo Policy

We want every guest to leave our salon feeling confident and cared for. While we don’t offer refunds on salon services, we’re always here to help if something doesn’t feel quite right. If you have any concerns about your service, please reach out to us within 2 days of your appointment, were we are happy to provide one complimentary adjustment within 7 days of your original appointment. The adjustment is intended to refine or correct the original service — not to change the style or look entirely.
If the hair has been altered after the appointment (washed, coloured, cut, styled by someone else), the service guarantee is void, as we cannot accurately evaluate or correct the original result.

We kindly ask that you come back in so we can take a look in person. From there, we’ll do everything we can to make it right. Adjustments must relate to the same service received at your initial visit.
